Step 1: Find Your WHY

The truly successful always know the most intimate details of their WHY. Even if you think you know why your'e doing this, take 15 minutes and do the exercise on this recorded call. You'll probably discover parts of your WHY you didn't know were there. When you need it most, your WHY will help you remain committed. It will set you apart from those who will not achieve what you will achieve.

Step 2: Select a Resource

to develop your mindset. Schedule 20 minutes every day for personal development. Even if it's reading 10 pages a day, that's about 10-12 good books a year! Step 4: Create Your Life through a vision board, written intentions, and self-talk

  • Create a vision board. Look at it every single day. If what you hold in your awareness expands in your reality, then hold the things you value and desire at the front of your awareness. A vision board is a great way to do that. If you need some inspirational ideas, copy some of ours here.
  • Write your intentions on paper. Yes, like in days of old, take an actual pen and paper and write your intentions on it. Then look at them three times a day. Say them out loud in positive, present tense, affirmative voice ("I am so thankful my marriage is harmonious," or "I love being a dōTERRA Diamond!.") Do this consistently for one month, and watch your subconscious mind begin to reprogram itself to automatically gravitate you toward things that are in alignment with your intentions.
  • Learn how to talk to yourself. Learn to ask yourself affirmative questions. If you can frequently pose questions geared toward your intentions, your mind will begin to search for answers. Doing this consistently will turn you into a magnet for the very things, people, and circumstances that will help you actualize your intentions into reality. For a great reference on this, see Noah St. John's book, Afformations. Say your question-form affirmations out loud throughout the day for a month, and notice what happens in your life.
