Step 1: Create Your Life
- Create a vision board. Look at it every single day. If what you hold in your awareness expands in your reality, then hold the things you value and desire at the front of your awareness. A vision board is a great way to do that. If you need some inspirational ideas, copy some of ours HERE
- Write your intentions on paper. Yes, like in days of old, take an actual pen and paper and write your intentions on it. Then look at them three times a day. Say them out loud in positive, present tense, affirmative voice ("I am so thankful my marriage is harmonious," or "I love being a dōTERRA Diamond!.") Do this consistently for one month, and watch your subconscious mind begin to reprogram itself to automatically gravitate you toward things that are in alignment with your intentions.
- Learn how to talk to yourself. Learn to ask yourself affirmative questions. If you can frequently pose questions geared toward your intentions, your mind will begin to search for answers. Doing this consistently will turn you into a magnet for the very things, people, and circumstances that will help you actualize your intentions into reality.
