These six guided mentor sessions are intended to walk a new leader through the basic pieces of the Success System. They will empower the new leader with the Mindset, Skill set, and Tool set necessary for success. These mentor sessions are meant to be used in addition to the Share to Elite program, and then the Success Challenge once the new leader has achieved Elite rank. Once the six weeks of mentor sessions are finished, the mentor and new leader may continue weekly (or even daily) mentor sessions using the Power Mentoring form and the Strategic Planner found in the Lead dōTERRA Guide.

Pre-Mentoring: Wellness Consult

Complete a wellness consult with your mentor within two days of getting your oils.

Mentor Session #1: Live

Learn to Live a Natural Solutions Lifestyle. Expand Your Dreams. Find Your Why.

Mentor Session #2: share

Plan a month's events. Begin Share to Elite program. Create your first meaningful goals.

Mentor Session #3: build

Create a brilliant strategy. Master the art of followup. Develop a system for tracking contacts. Master the Four Core Actions. Learn the 2-2-2 Rule.

Mentor Session 4: ???

Learn to contemplate that which you desire. Learn to Teach.

Mentor Session #5: Lead

Connect with the leaders you desire for your team. Learn to Enroll.

Mentor Session #6: ???

Determine whom you intend to become as a leader. Learn what Duplicates.

Mentor Session Guidelines

  • The mentor invites the new leader to receive mentoring. This is a great privilege for the new leader to reach up to the mentor for assistance, vision, and support.
  • The new leader always calls the mentor. As an entrepreneur, the new leader’s privilege is to ask for help from someone who is accomplishing what they seek to accomplish.
  • Schedule calls on the calendar. We suggest a 15 minute call Tuesday-Friday each week. Always schedule your calls. Set a standard for notifying each other if one party needs to cancel or reschedule.
  • Use mentor call time to strategize together in order to implement the Share to Elite program in a fun and effective way.
  • Use mentor call time to discuss what the new leader is experiencing, and how to overcome obstacles they’re running into.
  • The new leader should come to each call prepared with questions and personal ambitions, for which the mentor can then advise and guide.
